COMPOD.meet by Wiesner-Hager
COMPOD.meet stands for relaxed communication: leaning back, listening and relaxed discussions. When you come together for a meeting on COMPOD.meet you will soon be at ease with one another. The backrests facing each other diagonally enhance a positive body language: open, relaxed, with direct eye contact. COMPOD.meet – a new way of communicating in the office.
COMPOD, previewed at Orgatec 2004 and launched earlier this year, has challenged traditional views on breakout, lounge and collaborative furniture. Designed by Phillip Haselwander, a design graduate from FH Joanneum University in Graz, Austria, COMPOD was developed as a concept from a project sponsored by Wiesner Hager. As Haselwander himself explained, “COMPOD enhances open-minded work and communication in creative companies; it truly recognises that there are alternative ways of working that are even more valid for today’s knowledge workers.”
