"SMS light" is an ankle brace developed for Otto Bock HealthCare and specifically designed for the U.S. market. As a little brother of Malleo Sprint also designed by aws design team, "SMS light" will complement the company's product portfolio.
"SMS light" is mainly employed in the foot and ankle area in the case of chronic ligament instability, but also for the functional treatment of ligament ruptures and severe ankle distorsions.
It is ideally suited as a preventive brace for active people. A very comfortable padding prevents unwanted pressure points, while improving durability and stability. The combination of diagonally quilted Velcro and belt guidance ensures a secure hold of the joint and prevents unwanted movements. The integrated sock aid helps to put the brace on conveniently.
