The Crowned Jam Jars are an installation designed for Staud's - the Austrian manufacturer od jars and pickles. They consist of 43 one offs.

Typical Austrian everyday objects from households and flea markets and favorite household items were collected, selected, reflected upon, stacked on top of each other and turned into 43 distinctive petites: The Crowned Jars. Whether stubborn or friendly, each of the jar-lid combinations tells its own little story to match each jar’s contents. The result is an exploration of native colors, objects and materials as well as a humorous take on Austrian eating culture and packaging design.
