Design from Styria
One of the main projects of Creative Industries Styria is the first Design Month in Styria. It offers a kaleidoscope of the creative scene, a wide spectrum of different branches of design, ranging from architecture to music as well as fashion.
The Design Month bundles different competencies and potentials of the local creative scene and opens it to the public. In cooperation with numerous local partners like the House of Architecture, the faculty of architecture of the TU Graz, the University of Applied Sciences Joanneum and the state museum Joanneum creativity captures the space, in this case a space of time – the Design Month.
Designers of all kinds of disciplines showcase their products and services to the public and stimulate the city. The start-up company Perludi presents their furniture designed for kids with innovative design, as well as artworks of plusminus design, that combine design with technical feasibility.
